Settlements related to Ruqiyah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Sayyid Taqi, including: a pledge of payment from Ruqiyah Baygum Khanum to Sha‘ban, son of Muhammad Baqir (November 8, 1894); three settlements between Ruqiyah Baygum Khanum and Mulla Haydar Khanban (1901-1902); rental agreements of a gunmaking shop (for 2 years and in exchange for 35 tumans) between Ghulamhusayn the gun maker, son of Mirza Ahmad and Ruqiyah Baygum Khanum (January 19, 1903); settlement between Ruqiyah Baygum Khanum and her brother, Sayyid Ghulamhusayn (May 8, 1906).

Settlement of Asiyah Khanum over her share of her daughter's inheritance, 1905
After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.

Settlement of Baygum Khanum and her husband, 1903
Includes three documents: 1- Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, gifts her mahr and dowry to her husband, Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Iskandar Khan Yavar known as Haji Khan, in exchange for a shawl and some crystal candy. She has also made him responsible for spending one-third of her belongings for religious obligations after her death; 2- Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Iskandar Khan Yavar known as Haji Khan transfers some parts of his property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, in exchange for a pair of socks and some crystal candy; 3- Baygum Khanum settles all...
